As an Building Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

As an Building Operator , you will :

• Inspect the building regularly to ensure all systems and equipment function correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor system performance to identify and address potential issues.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs to electrical and mechanical systems, UPS, generators, HVAC, Fire Alarm and critical infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Escort / Supervise Mechanical / electrical Vendors onsite.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Interact with the BMS and CMMS computer systems.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and support staff for seamless operations.
• Be prepared for emergencies, providing expertise to minimize disruptions.
• Improve operational procedures and implement best practices for data center efficiency and reliability.
