Key Responsibilities

• Lead pattern development from concept to final product, integrating advanced construction techniques and digital tools.
• Translate 2D sketches into technical patterns, ensuring performance, fit, function and innovation intent.
• Manage multiple product streams, drive pattern engineering of elite performance apparel, and collaborate with Design, Research, Athlete Testing, Raw Materials, and Sports Marketing teams.
• Identify and provide innovative construction and fit solutions for athletes across different activities.
• Produce advanced constructions that lead to ownable propositions and maintain excellence in performance, fit and aesthetics.
• Mentor and share knowledge with teammates, fostering a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing environment.
• Work cross‑functionally within Product Innovation to integrate new ideas into the product pipeline.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation range : $119,200 – $156,500 CAD annually (base pay based on market location). Eligible for our annual bonus program subject to program eligibility. Total rewards include :

In‑person collaboration at our SSC Workplace Policy : onsite, minimum 4 days per week.
