Job Description
Altis Recruitment is seeking a Bilingual Client Care Coordinator for our client in the Healthcare sector. The successful incumbent will serve as a crucial point of contact for over 70 clients nationwide, facilitating the implementation and ongoing support of a web-based SaaS system utilized by hospitals for clinician database management.
PLEASE NOTE : This role is hybrid, 3 days a week in Toronto or Remote in Ottawa.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting new hospital clients during implementation, assisting existing clients with new services, and providing ongoing support throughout the year, including preparation for annual reappointment processes.
- Coordinate the implementation process for new clients, managing timelines, confirming requirements, and facilitating review / testing.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and assigning technical support as needed.
- Coordinate with clients for content required during appointment or reappointment services.
- Conduct training and retraining sessions for clients as required.
- Deliver product demos to potential and existing French-speaking clients, with support from team members.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of project implementation, coordination or client services experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and innovation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree, College diploma, or equivalent work experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in Medical Affairs / Credentialing Office would be an asset.
