Airswift is seeking an SCM Enrollment Administrator to work with one of our clients in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, AB, on a 12-month contract.

Reporting to the SCM Manager of Master Data & Enrollment, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting supplier enrollment within the Supply Chain Service Center (SSC) to ensure suppliers meet Company’s minimum requirements.

This involves maintaining Company’s approved supplier lists (the Approved Bidders List & the Approved Manufacturers List) and executing on legal name change and ban / probation requests.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible to identify and support the implementation of process & system improvements.

This role has enterprise-wide scope and oversees requests to add suppliers, remove suppliers, change supplier data and facilitate supplier risk mitigation activities across all of Company assets, with the exception of Asia-Pacific.

Specific responsibilities :

  • Administer the Supplier Enrollment process
  • Facilitate the banning or probation of suppliers
  • Prioritize, manage, and organize request intake
  • Support service providers to resolve complex / outstanding tickets
  • Work across multiple system platforms (ServiceNow / Salesforce / ARIBA / SAP / ISNetworld) and interact with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs (e.

g. SCM, Health and Safety, Insurance, Inspection, Quality, Sustainability) to facilitate the Enrollment process

  • Support the delivery of training to SCM or Business functions as required
  • Support the monitoring of process performance, service delivery, troubleshooting process bottlenecks and continuously improving the Enrollment program
  • Facilitate the simplification of key Enrollment processes through cross functional working teams with a fit for Company mindset : practical, flexible & efficient
  • Advise and ensure the best technical methods are employed to drive operational efficiency and accountable for process delivery and improvements
  • Skilled at managing conflict inside and outside of function. Actively listens and questions to ensure mutual understanding
