What We Need

Corporate Lawyer

• 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in both a law firm and in-house corporate legal department with a focus on corporate law and corporate services.
• Experience in areas such as incorporation (limited corporations and ULCs), dissolution, continuance, dividends, share insurance / redemptions, corporate revivals, corporate reorganization (including amalgamations) and annual report filings.
• Experience with tax-driven transactions.
• Experience drafting and reviewing shareholder and unanimous shareholder agreements.
• Available ASAP or within reasonable notice.
• Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada, preferably Ontario.
