Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Master Data Analyst Supervisor to join their focused team.
As the Master Data Analyst Supervisor your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to :
- Leading and supporting a team of Master Data Analysts including assigning responsibilities, mentoring, training, supervising, backup and vacation support, and ensuring health and safety for the team.
- Identify business issues and problems and provide solutions
- Document new and existing processes as well as implementing any changes with the team
- Tracking team performance
- Address any performance issues immediately and in a considerate manner
Job Requirements :
The successful Master Data Analyst Supervisor will possess the following :
- Previous experience as a Master Data Analyst Supervisor or similar role
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Excellent team building skills are required
- Exceptional communication skills
