Senior Accountant / Controller

A successful Real Estate Development and Managementpany in Edmonton has an immediate requirement for a new Senior Accountant or Controller to join the team.

Your new role

Working closely with the leadership, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Accounting function, which will include project accounting as well as property accounting duties for a wide range of portfolios and ongoing projects. You will have support staff but you will be the department lead and take overall responsibility for financial statements, budgets, forecasts and more.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have been in a Senior Accountant or Assistant Controller role in the past, within a Real Estate / Developmentpany, and be able to handle a small team and a heavy workload.
