Hydrogeologist (P.Eng)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Environmental and Hydrogeological Engineer (P.Eng) to join our client’s team based in the Windsor, ON / Detroit, MI area. This full-time role focuses on environmental assessments, compliance, and remedial design and implementation for clients across Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase I / II Environmental Site Assessments and RSC submissions.
• Develop remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and design / implement remediation plans (soil, groundwater, vapour).
• Prepare work plans, budgets, engineering drawings, and technical reports.
• Manage contractors and oversee fieldwork, including excess soil and vapour mitigation projects.
• Provide regulatory support (ECAs, stormwater, discharge, ROW, PTTW) and liaise with MECP and other agencies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial environmental regulations.
• Perform technical problem‑solving and data analysis.
• Support project management, invoicing, and client retention activities.
