Support
As an educator for the Inpatient Surgery, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and safe environment for both staff and patients. Your effective communication skills will be instrumental in providing clear and constructive feedback to support the ongoing development of staff. Qualifications
Current registration with the CNO in good standing. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. Master's degree in nursing with an education focus is required or in progress. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Medicine Cardiology is required. Experience teaching and training adults and employing adult learning principles preferred. BLS instructor with Heart and Stroke preferred. Membership with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO). 48_Creative Created with Sketch.
