Talent Acquisition Manager
We are currently hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed.
This position offers a unique opportunity to take on a North American scope and lead a team of 6 talented recruitment professionals.
The successful candidate will bring a strong background in stakeholder engagement and talent acquisition strategy implementation.
While the role is primarily strategic, it also involves hands-on involvement in full-cycle recruitment for key positions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6 recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers
- Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
- Utilize market data and trends to inform business decisions and drive recruitment cycles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance talent acquisition strategies
Requirements
- 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of success
- Post-secondary degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- In-house talent acquisition experience is essential, preferably in the food and beverage or general manufacturing industry
- Proficient in translating market data into actionable insights to drive recruitment strategies
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and building strong relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- 2+ years of managerial experience, including leading and developing a team
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
