We are currently hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our client, a global leader in animal nutrition and aquafeed.

This position offers a unique opportunity to take on a North American scope and lead a team of 6 talented recruitment professionals.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in stakeholder engagement and talent acquisition strategy implementation.

While the role is primarily strategic, it also involves hands-on involvement in full-cycle recruitment for key positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 6 recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers
  • Implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Utilize market data and trends to inform business decisions and drive recruitment cycles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance talent acquisition strategies

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Post-secondary degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • In-house talent acquisition experience is essential, preferably in the food and beverage or general manufacturing industry
  • Proficient in translating market data into actionable insights to drive recruitment strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and building strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • 2+ years of managerial experience, including leading and developing a team
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
