Administrative Assistant-Underwriting

  • Hybrid position must work 3 days in office

Located Downtown Hamilton

Permanent position

8 : 30am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday

Downtown Hamilton location

46K- 48K

Responsibilities include :

  • Data Entry
  • Process new business files
  • Issue filings and permits
  • Filing
  • Creation of documents and correspondence
  • General office duties
  • Data calculations
  • Communication with other departments
  • Respond to customer requests
  • Qualifications :

    Insurance / Commerce / Accounting / Business Administration or Finance Degree / Diploma is required

    1-2 years relevant administrative experience

    Intermediate word & excel skills.

    Strong data entry skills.

    Good attention to detail.

    Strong math abilities
