Sr Project Manager
POSITION : Sr Project Management Manager
LOCATION : Greater Vancouver Area
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION :
Seeking an experienced professional for a senior role in project management and estimation. Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects, generating accurate budgets, managing client relationships, and ensuring project adherence to budget and timelines.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- End-to-end responsibility for project initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop precise project budgets based on designs and specifications.
- Monitor quotes from contractors and suppliers.
- Conduct confidential site inspections for tender understanding and risk assessment.
- Generate quotes, identify cost breakdowns, and review bid packages.
- Confidentially manage staffing, materials, subcontracting, and project delivery.
- Monitor client changes and advise on scope modifications.
- Evaluate contractor performance and enforce project timelines.
- Provide confidential supervision and mentorship to project team members.
- Contribute insights to performance evaluations for team members.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Education :
Project Management diploma or PMP certificate (asset).
Training / Experience :
- Minimum 8 years confidential experience in Project Management / Estimation in construction / facilities maintenance.
- Experience leading / supervising project teams.
Skills and Abilities :
- Proficient in confidential project management and estimating in renovation projects.
- Understanding of building systems, commercial construction practices, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, time-management, and client-facing skills.
- Valid driver’s license required.
The given salary range is from 100 to 120,000k ,$4,800 / year in motor-vehicle allowance, plus discretionary bonus, plus RRSP (2.
