What & Why

Our client is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their high performance People Enablement Technology team. You will play a key role in leading the delivery efforts of their Global Workforce Management Application, partnering very closely with our people and culture business partners and enterprise. The team is responsible for all WFM system configuration of employment laws related to hiring, wage and hours, time off and entitlements. This is a global team, located in the Pacific Northwest. This role is responsible for delivery execution and prioritization, overseeing workstreams / projects across business and operational functions, driving alignment across multiple teams to ensure successful program delivery. You’ll oversee the Project Managers, Business Analysts, and System Analysts / Engineers responsible for tactical delivery of key projects within the program that could be agile or waterfall. You will work closely with the business / product partners, technology / business stakeholders, architecture, portfolio & core delivery teams.
