Our rapidly growing team is seeking a highly skilled Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) with extensive knowledge of Canadian Immigration Programs for a full-time position.
The Ideal Candidate should exude empathy and compassion and be passionate about working with clients to find solutions to their immigration needs.
The following are the specific requirements for a successful candidate :
- Must be CICC-registered as a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant and have a minimum of 1-2years’ experience in the immigration field;
- Be knowledgeable about eligibility requirements and criteria for permanent and temporary Canadian immigration programs;
- Have expert knowledge in the packaging and finalizing of immigration applications.
- Be willing to think constructively and outside the box so that prospective clients have all the options available to them;
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the selling process and the ability to close sales successfully;
- Must be someone who is both compassionate and assertive, motivated and a team player, in order to succeed in this firm of skilled individuals;
- Must be willing to create educational video content, and articles, and host webinars and information sessions as required.
- Listening, empathizing, building rapport with prospective clients, and connecting with them are all attributes you need to demonstrate;
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with International Student recruitment will be an asset.
