Job Description
To meet our growth challenges, WSP is currently seeking a Lead Project Engineer to join our teams located at any one of our Canadian offices with preference for Calgary, AB, Moncton, NB, Kitchener, ON. Join our vibrant and rapidly expanding team across Canada where you’ll tackle complex energy projects from initial concepts to detailed engineering. As a Lead Project Engineer , you’ll be at the forefront, leading projects in a client‑facing role, collaborating with various disciplines to ensure we exceed our project goals. Your responsibilities will span project planning, scheduling, estimating, risk assessments, proposal submissions, and more. If you have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Lead on similar projects and are ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

Salary range (in British Columbia) : $113,500–$156,000. The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
