Responsibilities : Operations & Communication
- Act as liaison between propertiesto ensure smooth cross-property communication and coordination.
- Track and manage vouchers,including issuance, redemptions, and reporting.
- Provide phone and email support : Off-season : service as the main point of contact for guest inquiries andreservations. Peak Season : act as a backup support for property-levelreservation teams.
- Assist and oversee in reservationmanagement across all locations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency andoptimization.
- Generate reporting related toreservations, occupancy, revenue, and trends.
- Handle customer data transfersfrom booking software to marketing software.
- Assist with additionaladministrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities : Booking Software Management
Implement changes to enhance theuser experience and streamline the booking process.Assist in setting up and managediscounts and promotions.Oversee site management withinthe system, ensuring that all locations remain current with accurateavailability, pricing and details.Ensure front desk teams acrossall locations follow established reservation procedures andpolicies.Troubleshoot booking systemissues and coordinate with IT support when necessary.Ensure monthly fees are processedcorrectly and on time.Responsibilities : Marketing & Guest Engagement
Support marketing initiative asrequired, including campaign planning and execution.Assist with promotional planning,ensuring seamless integration of discounts and special offers in thebooking and marketing systems.Ensure website are functional,up-to-date, and reflect current promotions and availability andpolicies.Collaborate with the marketingteam to create engaging email promotions and newsletters.Responsibilities : Policy & Procedure Oversight
Maintain and update operationspolicies and procedures to reflect best practices and systemupdates.Ensure consistency in reservationhandling across all properties by providing documentation and training asneeded.Monitor compliance withreservation policies and scale issues as required.Responsibilities : Team Collaboration & Support
Work closely with RegionalManager to support related policies and guest experienceimprovements.Provide feedback and insightsfrom reservation trends to help shape marketing and operationalstrategies.Support interdepartmentalprojects by ensuring reservation data aligns with overall businessgoals.Assist with staff training onreservation procedures system updates and best practices.Participate in team meetings andstrategy sessions, contributing insights on reservations trends andoperational efficiencies.Required Skills & Experience
2+ years experience inreservations & customer service required; Front desk / guest servicesrole in the hospitality industry preferredProficiency in booking management& CRM systems – experience managing availability, pricing, and guestdata.
