Guest Services Representative

About the Position

This position will be assigned to the Langley Inn on Langley AFB, VA. It is a flexible position with no guaranteed hours per week; employees can be scheduled for up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is to provide front desk and guest services support for lodging operations.

Requirements

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicant must complete a background investigation with favorable results.
• Applicant must be willing to work shifts covering evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.
• Applicant must possess or obtain and maintain a valid state driver’s license in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles.
• Applicant will be subject to a pre‑employment drug screening and random testing thereafter, including testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on‑duty accident.
• Applicant must meet state and legal age requirements for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
