Turn 17 Garage is hiring a General Manager to lead our growing motorsports and automotive service operation. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader with deep roots in motorsports to combine operational leadership with hands-on racing involvement.

Who We Are

Turn 17 Garage is the Western Canada Distributor for Rush Auto Works and the Rush SR race car.

Turn 17 Garage creates exceptional customer service experiences for drivers and racing enthusiasts through :

Track-side and race day support
Racing and race track experiences
Race and track car repair and maintenance
Performance and racing parts sales

The Role

As General Manager, you will oversee shop and track operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Turn 17's commitment to excellence. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and real-world motorsports experience.

What You'll Do

Lead daily garage and track-side operations

Deliver high-level customer experiences on and off the track

Oversee vehicle service, preparation, and race support

Plan and execute track days, race weekends, and driving events

Manage staff performance, scheduling, and development

Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners

Support growth in performance and racing parts sales

What You Bring

3+ years in the automotive service industry

3+ years in a management role

Hands-on motorsports experience (driving, racing, setup, events, or coaching)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to perform under pressure in time-sensitive environments

A passion for motorsports and customer experience
