Position Description

The Continuous Improvement Associate will support the organization’s efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve processes across all functions. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals passionate about problem‑solving, data analysis, and driving incremental improvements that contribute to overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies.
• Collect and analyze data to support improvement initiatives and measure results.
• Participate in Kaizen events, workshops, and cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Document current processes and help develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement tools and techniques across departments.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure sustainability of improvements.
