As a Leading Hand, you'll take the lead in coordinating our skilled Technicians to carry out crucial repairs. Taking tangible actions to propel our operations forward will be your primary responsibility.

Maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards in the workshop is a non-negotiable aspect, ensuring that we uphold a pristine and organized environment in accordance with the esteemed 5S standard.

Roster : Monday - Friday

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• A recognized trade qualification bolstered by extensive hands-on industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of earthmoving machinery (construction / utility); familiarity with Komatsu a definite plus.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with the knack to steer and inspire a dynamic team.
• Strong communication skills; whether you're hashing things out on the floor, drafting an email, or preparing a report.
• Proficiency with computer tools, especially in MS Office and inventory management systems.
• An uncompromising approach to safety, ensuring every crew member clocks out as they clocked in.
• Adaptability to navigate the ever-changing tide of tasks and priorities in our bustling environment.
