The Opportunity:

As a Leading Hand, you'll take the lead in coordinating our skilled Technicians to carry out crucial repairs. Maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards in the workshop is a non-negotiable aspect, ensuring that we uphold a pristine and organized environment in accordance with the esteemed 5S standard.

Roster: Monday - Friday

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A recognized trade qualification bolstered by extensive hands-on industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of earthmoving machinery (construction/utility); familiarity with Komatsu a definite plus.
• Proven leadership capabilities, with the knack to steer and inspire a dynamic team.
• Strong communication skills; whether you're hashing things out on the floor, drafting an email, or preparing a report.
• Proficiency with computer tools, especially in MS Office and inventory management systems.
• An uncompromising approach to safety, ensuring every crew member clocks out as they clocked in.
• Adaptability to navigate the ever-changing tide of tasks and priorities in our bustling environment.
