Responsibilities
- Sourcing materials and items for customers, maintaining optimal levels of inventory.
- Maintain documentation, adhering to the established company policies and procedures.
- Update vendor information and delivery dates in computer systems.
- Issue purchase orders, review vendor order confirmations and communicate all information over to vendors.
- Expedite orders, resolve late or missed deliveries.
- Implement strategic actions for cost reductions.
- Check for errors in invoicing and orders.
- Foster and strengthen vendor relations.
- Communicate with all departments within the company.
- Adhere to company\'s health and safety policies and regulations.
Requirements
