Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies, raw materials, and formulas across the Colour Cosmetics category
• Re-engineer benchmarks and design new chassis formulas, identifying product and process innovations
• Collaborate with raw material suppliers on new applications and innovations
• Optimise the raw material portfolio for cost-effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulations, specifications, and feasibility
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, actively participating in client visits, risk assessments, and new product launch meetings
• Support technical development of internal talent, providing guidance and training
