Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for wood frame construction? Our client, a leading multi-family builder specializing in 4-6 storey apartment developments, is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team in Calgary .
In return for a highly competitive compensation package, the successful candidate will possess the following :
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Previous Multi-Family wood frame experience is a must.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to handover.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Play an integral role in shaping the operations and culture of the projects team.
- Risk Management identify potential risks and develop strategies to ensure project success.
- Budget oversight monitor project budgets, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure project milestones are met according to the established timelines.
