Underthe supervision of the BIM Manager the role of modelers is tosupport BIM users and coordinators to enable them to achieve BIMand technological objectives related to construction projects.

Theymust fully master the technologies and software used in BIMprocesses and on construction sites. Specialists develop workingmethodologies with BIM tools and ensure the application of companystandards.

Moreprecisely the Modeler is responsiblefor :

• Creatinglifting formwork excavation and other variousplans;
• Modeling / drawingelements of the projects to which they areassigned;
• Modelingground surfaces and calculatingvolumes;
• Modelingand planning the changes made during the project in order toestablishcosts;
• Producingconceptual and technical plans for various elements related to EBCs workingmethods;
• Performingsimple automation and basic programming in AutodeskDynamo;
• Providingsupport to users on BIMsoftware;
• Participatingin technological testing as well asdeployment;
• Developingimplementing disseminating enforcing and updating project BIMstandards in accordance with companyguidelines;
• Resolvingissues in a BIM modelingenvironment;
• Participatingin the startup of newprojects;
• Developingtechnicaldocumentation;
• Attendingand participating in internal and externalmeetings;
• Performingall other related tasks related to InfraWorks Civil3D InventorPrimavera TPL and IT support in accordance with companyguidelines.

Requirements

• Degreein Civil Engineering Technology Surveying or MEP Technology or acombination of training and experience in the constructionindustry;
• 5or more years of relevant experience with Autodesk Civil3D RevitInfrawork Inventor or other relatedsoftware;
• BIMexperience in the engineering and constructionindustry;
• Civilprojectexpertise;
• BilingualWritten and oral fluency in French andEnglish.

• Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Surveying, or MEPTechnology, or a combination of training and experience in theconstruction industry;
• 5 or more years of relevant experience withAutodesk Civil3D, Revit, Infrawork, Inventor or other relatedsoftware; BIM experience in the engineering and constructionindustry;
