Position Summary
- Set up and operate 5 spindle Davenport Screw Machines
- Ability to read shop drawings or blueprints
- Use of forklift and overhead crane when needed
- Must be able to inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, plug gauges etc.
- Sharpen tools / drills to get machines back into production
Skills and Knowledge
- Davenport Screw machine experience is necessary
- Attention to detail
- Able to deal with grease and oil
- Repetitious task
