Position Purpose and Summary
Achieve individually assigned enrolment goals by actively recruiting, advising, and encouraging students to complete their applications and enroll into the university.
This is done through contacting your assigned database, and any scheduled in-person and / or online fairs or meetings; providing information and the key steps to prospective students and families;
responsible for managing consistent contact, and achieving assigned numerical benchmarks necessary for the team to achieve its enrolment goals.
Key Areas of Accountability
- Achieve individual enrolment goals with appropriate stage movement by communicating promptly with all assigned students and families.
- Provide consistent, well-documented follow-up to all app-submitted-thru-enrolled students and families to help them onboard with the university;
specifically through email, text, phone calls, and campus, individual or virtual visits.
- Provide oversight to the application process, maintaining admissions policy and overall university mission. Liaise with Data Services to ensure the admission application process is responsive to the admission decision process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on relevant academic programs, student life activities, special events and other student interested areas;
- Serve as a key liaison between faculty advisors, program chairs, student services, and all assigned students and families.
- Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with deep well schools, churches and relevant organizations to expand the university’s footprint in assigned regions.
- Assist with campus visits, including organized group visits, individual appointments and campus tours.
- Manage to completion assigned events and projects, communicating effectively and collegially to achieve objectives.
- Maintain flexibility in office hours, travel responsibilities and staff coverage during specific recruitment periods as assigned.
- Actively pursue new initiatives and strategies in the recruitment regions assigned and processes in order to grow enrolment and improve effectiveness.
- Display leadership in the promotion of the university to the wider community and constituencies of their recruitment region.

- Manage his / her recruitment area in a results driven manner.
- Adept in data collection, analysis and reporting for assigned area.
- Contribute ideas to and receive feedback from the Director of Undergraduate Admissions and the VP of Enrolment Management for overall productivity of the admissions team.

Standards & Requirements
Education : BA required. MA Preferred.
Experience : Experience in an Admissions or sales environment preferred.
Candidate Must Have the Following : 1) access to a reliable vehicle due to daily (local) travel requirements; 2) reliable home WiFi with appropriate workspace for virtual meetings and events
