Job description

New Liskeard Esso has 2 vacancies for Retail Salespersons. Following are the details of the Job.

Start date : As soon as possible

Employment type : Permanent / Full Time

Salary and Hours : 16.75 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

  • Operate cash register
  • Provide advice about merchandise
  • Advertise and / or promote products, sales or services
  • Provide customer service
  • Assist in display of merchandise
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Accept cash payments
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Receive payment for goods or services
  • Stock shelves and display areas
  • Sell products on a retail basis
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
