Your Role :

The Nudestix Controller oversees the Finance department. This is a full time, permanent and on-site position. The successful candidate will direct the accounting and control functions, reporting the results of operations, and provide chronological systems. Ongoing accountabilities are setting up national and international, accounting system, subsidiaries, tax reporting, managing external audits, financial reporting, financial planning, data consolidation and analysis, budgeting, accounting and control.

Responsibilities

• Your position will directly report to the COO / CFO
• Develops and implements accounting policies, coordination of systems and procedures, and the preparation of operating data and special reports as required, including interim and year-end financial statements. Maintains company’s system of accounts; keeps books and records on all company transactions and assets.
• Establishes, coordinate, and administers as an integral part of management, an adequate plan for the control of operations including, profit planning, programs for capital investing and financing, sales forecasts, expense budgets, and cost standards, together with necessary controls and procedures to effectuate the plan.
• In conjunction with the Executive Team, coordinates, prepares, and endorses budgets
• Compares performance with operating plans and standards, and reports and interprets the results of operations to all levels of management.
• Provides for the control and editing of all company orders, to ensure conformity to established policies and procedures, and to facilitate data control and retrieval of records generated by these orders.
• Establishes and administers national and international company tax policies and procedures.
• Supervises or coordinates the preparation of reports to national and international government agencies.
• Assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing, and assuring proper insurance coverage.
• Assists Marketing in establishing and maintaining product pricing policies.
• Conduct basic to complex process and data analysis. Compile and analyze information, design and prepare spreadsheet and data queries.
• Support with the development and tracking of key business metrics.
• Review and maintain the Company cash flow, including forecasting, planning, and management.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis of reporting requests from various departments and stakeholders
• Given the company’s accelerated growth, we require the Controller have impeccable managerial skills a system focus, strong technical skills, high energy and initiative and can work alongside the COO / CFO and Executive team to lead the organization to the next level of growth and profitability.
