Description
As a Utilities Dispatch Analyst here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams senior managers and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and youll work out of our Edmonton AB or Markham ON location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role you will have a significant impact on enhancing the overall customer experience and ensuring that our customers receive world-class service and support.
