Who you are

You are an experienced and professional invoicing clerk with a broad skillset and an understanding of residential construction practices. You take pride in your work, communicate well, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Audit field worker documentation in preparation for creating accurate client invoices
• Invoice for all completed work according to purchase orders and quotes and create variance tickets for all chargeable work that falls outside of PO parameters
  
• Communicate daily with field supervisors to stay aware of current projects and developing issues that impact billing
• Communicate daily with concrete suppliers to solve discrepancies up front
• Work as a team in support of other invoicing and data entry personnel
  
• Process all back charges to sub trades and concrete supplier(s)
• Maintain documentation of back charges and outstanding or disputed invoices with our main concrete suppliers
• Be professional, personable, and have a customer-focused approach
