Guest Experience :

  • Set and uphold elevated hospitality standards across all studios.
  • Build genuine connections with guests, anticipating and exceeding their needs.
  • Handle guest feedback with urgency, resolving concerns within 48 hours.
  • Develop and implement guest experience policies to ensure a seamless journey.

People & Talent Development :

  • Mentor and coach studio teams, fostering accountability and growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management.
  • Build a talent pipeline by identifying and retaining high-potential team members.
  • Support Studio Managers to develop leadership skills and advance their careers.

Business Operations :

  • Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor operations and ensure standards.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvement and strategic planning.
  • Maintain a visible presence in studios, actively engaging with teams and guests.
  • Plan and execute community activations in collaboration with marketing.

Financial Performance :

  • Monitor studio revenue, utilization, and expenses, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Support sales initiatives, ensuring studios meet or exceed targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multi-unit hospitality operations with guest service-oriented teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including high emotional intelligence (EQ) and accountability.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to monitor and impact studio performance metrics.
  • A mentor and problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly.
  • Strong operational expertise and the ability to develop scalable processes.
  • Passion for hospitality and a deep commitment to building community connections.
  • Flexible, driven, and able to pivot to meet the needs of a growing business.
