We are seeking a Senior Payroll Practitioner with good Canadian payroll processing experience, that can work 100% remotely for our Western Canadian based client.
Consultant MUST be based within Canada, and able to work during MT / CT business hours.
Contract Term : 6 months
Rate : $65-75 / hour (as an independent contractor)
Start date : ASAP
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Analysis of payroll processing functions in an environment consisting of Oracle HCM Cloud / UKG(Kronos) Dimensions, ADP
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 8 to 10+ years Canadian Payroll Practitioner experience including payroll costing
- Oracle HCM Cloud and UKG (Kronos) experience
- core end to end payroll experience including knowledge of payroll GLs
- Prior implementations experience including ability to review, analyze and communicate findings on large data sets is preferred
- Ability to produce functional and process documentations and aids
- Ability to create or maintain workbooks to support process design and sustainment
- Leadership experience an asset
