We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Mining SaaS to help fuel our pipeline and drive real business results specifically within the Mining sector. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers—introducing them to powerful solutions that solve real-world challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Spark meaningful conversations with potential customers through a mix of cold calls, personalized emails, and smart outreach using tools like Apollo.io, Zoho, and SalesIntel.io .
- Qualify leads like a pro —dig into prospect pain points, match them with the right solution, and tee up high-impact meetings for our Account Executives.
- Be a growth catalyst by actively hunting new business opportunities and helping shape our go-to-market strategy.
- Build real relationships —turn initial interest into trust and create a pipeline of high-potential prospects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to bring feedback from the front lines and improve our messaging and targeting.
- Track and celebrate progress with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that highlights your contributions to our revenue engine.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2-6 yrs B2B sales experience, ideally in Mining, Metals & Minerals, Oil & Gas, or related industrial sectors, with exposure to SaaS or enterprise software solutions.Excellent communication skills —you’re clear, compelling, and confident whether you're writing an email or picking up the phone.Curiosity and creativity —you love learning about new industries, asking smart questions, and finding ways to break through the noise.Analytical mindset —you use data to guide decisions and improve performance.Drive to grow —you want a career, not just a job, and are eager to level up into closing roles and beyond.Bonus points if you’re fluent in Spanish —our global footprint is growing fast!Why You’ll Love This Role
