Position Overview

We are seeking a Paralegal . This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about immigration law and eager to contribute to meaningful work that impacts lives.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, submissions, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Assist with preparation for hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) and Federal Court.
• Manage case files and maintain organized records.
• Interview clients to gather information.
• Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal team members.
• Support in scheduling, filing, and other administrative tasks related to immigration matters.
