Inside Sales Support
Reporting to the Multi‑Family Sales Manager, Inside Sales Support will be responsible for all inside sales and sales support activities for assigned accounts and regions in the Multifamily Department. The role supports the sales team to identify new business opportunities, contribute to team sales targets, achieve long‑term customer satisfaction and generate profits.
Scope
Working out of Innotech’s office, the position entails being a liaison person between the Sales and Estimating teams by responding to and processing estimate requests, lead generation, and quality control of information systems. You will focus on business opportunities across all Innotech Markets and support organizational growth by ensuring our sales activities are focused and organized.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries for new estimates and tender opportunities.
- Process new leads and referrals and conduct competitive market research.
- Participate in trade shows and other campaigns as needed.
- Review architectural specifications and blueprints.
- Consult with clients at the showroom or by other means.
- Analyze risk / reward for taking on opportunities.
- Design window / door assemblies to suit the job.
- Submit and process bids to customers in collaboration with Estimating development proposals.
- Sell consultatively and make recommendations to clients.
- Prospect information systems and process all leads / contacts / accounts / opportunities into CRM.
- Provide quality control for CRM compliance.
- Lead generation through web research and information systems.
- Provide feedback on market research, reports as needed.
- Participate in training sessions (webinar or predetermined site).
Knowledge & Skills
Fenestration industry experience is preferred.Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation.Knowledge of commercial construction procurement processes and documentation.Familiarity with general contractor, developer, architect workflows.CRM experience in lead qualification, logging activities, updating contact information and tracking status.Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to persuade and influence others.Professional appearance and positive company image to the public.Valid BC driver’s license and ability to travel to the US.Flexible schedule and willingness to work a flexible schedule.Working Conditions
The majority of the time will be spent working in normal office conditions at Innotech Windows + Doors Head Office in Langley, BC. Reliable transportation is required as the office is not accessible by transit.

CA$40,000.00 – CA$55,000.00 per year + Sales Commission.
