Compensation

• Level 2 : $22.50
• Level 3 : $25.50
• Level 4 : $29.00

Level Bonuses : Cash rewards for every level you complete, plus a Red Seal bonus when you crush your certification!

Salary Top‑Up Plan : Heading to the classroom? No worries, we’ll top up a percentage of your wage while you’re off training, so you can focus on learning, not losing income.
