🔨 Position : Intermediate Estimator

📍 Location : Vaughan, ON

🏗️ Sector Focus : Commercial Renovations

💼 Work Arrangement : In-office

💰 Salary : $60,000 - 65,000

🔹 Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for healthcare, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop complete scope coverage.
• Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and cost analysis.
• Identify risk items, cost-saving options, and value-engineering opportunities.
• Manage subcontractor outreach, pricing comparison, and bid levelling.
• Assist with bid proposals, tender submissions, and closing deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with the project management team during handoff and award stages.
• Maintain up-to-date costing data, supplier pricing, and trade relationships.
