Responsibilities
- Help customers complete their tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax guidance, review personal tax returns, prepare full-service returns, and manage product / software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to search and provide correct answers to customers in understandable terms.
- Work in a virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Provide CRA RepID for representation services upon successful onboarding.
- Prepare and produce personal tax returns with complex elements (employment, self‑employment, rental income, investments, T1135, foreign income, credits, and deductions).
- Demonstrate passion for helping clients navigate tax complexity and enhancing brand by delighting customers.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and interact via video / audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.
- Be willing and available to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Proficient in English to interact with clients across Canada; responsibilities include preparing returns, giving advice, and answering questions.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid professional tax preparation experience.Experience using professional tax software.Experience preparing complex personal tax returns (employment, self‑employment, rental income, investments, T1135, foreign income).English proficiency; ability to communicate with Canadian clients.Optional : Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) Returns and Quebec Tax (TP1) Returns.Skills & Abilities

Competitive compensation package with pay‑for‑performance approach. Base hourly rate range :
PEI $24.50 - $33.50 / hour
BC $24.50 - $33.50 / hour
Nova Scotia $24.50 - $33.50 / hour.
