Bilingual Technical Recruiter

ADGA is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! In this role you will play a key part in identifying engaging and placing top talent in support of a diverse portfolio of active Canadian Federal Government contracts. Working closely with hiring managers internal stakeholders and clients you will help deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes in a dynamic deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience within Information Technology Security and / or Defence along with a strong understanding of Canadian Federal Government contracting. You are familiar with federal requirements such as security clearances resource grids and contracting vehicles and thrive in the fast-paced nature of government-funded projects.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles supporting ADGAs contracts including :

Leading intake discussion with the hiring manager / team;
