Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Clerk will :
Perform accounts payable analysis and data entry for weekly and monthly checks and all direct debit payments.
Prepare monthly reports to the Board such as payment lists and commitment reports.
Reconcile account banking transactions.
Prepare and declare monthly GST and QST reports.
Produce monthly contract management reports.
Prepare budgets and audit expense items.
All other related tasks.
Qualifications
The accounts payable clerk at Baie d'Urfé :
has excellent financial and analytical skills
demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ERP software.
has the ability to meet tight deadlines and is rigorous in the execution of tasks
is able to communicate in French and English (spoken and written).
1-3 years' experience in a similar position
Has professional or college training in finance or accounting or equivalent.
