As we continue to expand our footprint, we are recruiting top talent to join our team. Program Manager Administrator The Program Manager Administrator is responsible for managing tooling projects from receipt of order to final sign off.

The individual works with all Program Managers and will be involved in learning and understanding the following : processes and procedures, day-to-day activities, internal and external meetings, updating timelines / customer updates, completing shippers, quoting and attending validations.

This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and health & safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures.

Job Details : Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday (8 : 00 A.M.- 5 : 00P.M.) Total comprehensive benefit and pension package Employee Assistance Program Signing Bonus Qualifications & Responsibilities : Completion of secondary school, GED or equivalent and or a certificate in Project Management Basic knowledge of Mold Design and Mold Making preferred Candidate must have valid driver’s license and personal credit card / access to cash to pay for expenses (Business expenses are fully reimbursed per Omega Tool Corp Policies and Procedures) Schedule all internal and external meetings, take minutes and provide reports as required.

Manage changes to original program requirements. Understand tooling budget(s) and manage cost tracking sheets. Create MasterPlanner and organize mold flow reviews.

Process the original Purchase Order from award. Communicate with customers appropriately and at a regular frequency, assuring they are kept informed of the status of the project and timelines.

Work directly with all levels internally to ensure smooth project management and issue resolution Check design concept of tool and follow up on the building of the mold and log accordingly Schedule and set up tryouts at all stages including creating shippers, completing spec sheet, ensuring raw materials are available.
