Job description

Nous sommes à la recherche dun agent de développement commercial enthousiaste et orienté vers les objectifs pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Pointe-Claire au Canada. En tant que membre clé de notre organisation vous serez chargé de stimuler la croissance par lacquisition de nouvelles affaires la fidélisation des clients et les partenariats stratégiques.   • Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunités commerciales par le biais détudes de marché de démarchage téléphonique et de réseautage.
  • Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des solutions sur mesure.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de revenus annuels par des ventes consultatives à de nouveaux clients et le renouvellement des comptes existants.
  • Construire et gérer un solide pipeline de prospects qualifiés en générant des pistes à partir de diverses sources.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces.
  • Effectuer des analyses approfondies du marché afin didentifier les tendances et les avantages concurrentiels.
  • présenter et négocier des propositions commerciales complexes à des clients potentiels
  • Contrôler et analyser les indicateurs de performance des ventes en ajustant les stratégies si nécessaire.
  • se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et des activités des concurrents afin de recommander des améliorations de produits ou de nouvelles offres
  • Participer à des événements et à des ateliers du secteur afin daméliorer les compétences professionnelles et délargir le réseau.

Qualifications :

  • Vous êtes titulaire dun baccalauréat idéalement en commerce en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 3 ans dexpérience confirmée dans la vente B2B de préférence dans le domaine des solutions financières bancaires ou dassurance.
  • Expérience confirmée en matière dacquisition et de fidélisation de clients.
  • Solides compétences en matière de démarchage téléphonique et de développement de nouvelles affaires
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication tant écrite que verbale
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et des outils de gestion des ventes
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à interpréter les données et les tendances du marché
  • Motivation personnelle et approche proactive de la résolution des problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration dans un environnement où le rythme est soutenu et où lesprit déquipe est de mise.
  • Solide réseau professionnel dans le territoire désigné
  • Connaissance des techniques détude de marché et danalyse de la concurrence
  • Pensée stratégique et capacité à développer des relations daffaires à long terme
  • Licence P&C ou capacité à lobtenir dans les 60 jours suivant lembauche (le cas échéant)
  • Vous êtes disposé à voyager pour assister à des réunions avec des clients et à des événements du secteur.

  • Base ranges dependent on experience : $80000.00 - $120000.00
