Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Billing Clerk to join their hard-working team for a full time role.

As the Billing Clerk your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to:

• Creating invoices and credit memos
• Sending payment reminders
• Maintain accuracy in billing data, correcting any errors
• Follow up with vendor/client requests
• Manage customer accounts, check for outstanding debts, incorrect or incomplete information, or other problems
• Record journal entries for all adjustments to billings
• Issue periodical customer account statements
• Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Billing Clerk
• Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
