Your Mission : Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate existing contracts to ensure compliance with U.S. law.
  • Advise on key contract issues, including employer classification and dispute resolution.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on potential contract revamps and updates.
  • Address compliance questions related to U.S.-based LLC operations.
  • Collaborate with our fast-paced team to deliver high-quality legal solutions.

Your Toolbox : Skills to be Successful

  • Licensed lawyer with expertise in U.S. contract law.
  • Proven experience with contract compliance, especially employer classification.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
