About The Position

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Material Handler will be responsible for but not limited to :

• Efficient and accurate movement of materials in and outside of plants
• Rig, hoist and move materials to and from Walters
• Assist in the movement of material in the plant / property by use of crane, forklift, tow motor, etc.
• Ensure safe work practices are adhered to
• Load planning and building
• Load and unload trailers, as required, to Walters standards
• Ensure all tools and equipment are operated with care
• Accurately fill out all required paperwork and ensure records remain up to date
• Perform housekeeping tasks as assigned
