Accounting Clerk – Join the O’Regan’s Team!

What You’ll Do:
- Process accounts receivable, including cashiering cheques and phone payments in PBS.
- Follow up on receivable balances over 90 days as directed.
- Post new, used, and wholesale vehicle inventory in PBS.
- Coordinate dealer trades, wholesale billing, and submit completed deals to Accounting.
- Complete motor vehicle documentation for sold and internal units, including dealer plates and demo registrations.
- Maintain organized filing for vehicle deals and general paperwork.
- Potential Accounts Payable support, including invoice posting, statement reconciliation, and filing (time-sensitive at month end).
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Comfort working with accounting or dealership systems (PBS is an asset)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
