Position Summary Under direct supervision, within the Financial Maintenance team, works in collaboration with colleagues on receiving, preparing and processing transactions associated with customer accounts, vendors and dealers. Role Responsibilities

• Receive and identify all cheques (Purolator, UPS, Canada Post) to ensure correct account is associated with payment. Prepare, sort and process daily deposits.
• Process all void cheques received in a timely manner to update customer accounts with new banking information.
• Process lease extensions and refinanced contracts to update customer accounts accordingly.
• Greet walk-in customers at reception and assist them with their concerns.
