Responsibilities
- Be deeply engaged in all facets of daily business operation, including client relationship management, commitment fulfillment, and staff development for clients, sectors and/or geographies.
- Assist with developing and leading a team of diverse market researchers.
- Coordinate with other senior leaders to enhance design and fulfillment processes, including: solution architecture & offer development; operations process & fulfillment / contractor resources; proposal and methodological templates, designs, analysis, and deliverables.
- Drive an entrepreneurial mindset while remaining highly organized in planning and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Influence product solution roadmap, market positioning, and future strategic planning.
- Develop and manage large strategic client relationships and prospect new clients where appropriate.
- Lead as a positive, collaborative leader who coaches junior colleagues and upholds Reach3’s reputation.
What Reach3 is looking for
- Aspiring strategic market researcher with exposure to quantitative and qualitative methods including questionnaire design, project management, and data analysis/visualization.
- Great attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable seeking help when needed.
- Passion for mentoring junior colleagues.
- Tech-savvy with experience in online market research methodologies and platforms.
- Ability to extract insights from data and craft compelling stories; strong data visualization and reporting skills.
- Passion for unlocking consumer insights to support agile decision making.
Qualifications
- University or College degree
- 6–10 years of relevant experience, preferably with a supplier-side organization
- Experience with sophisticated market research practices across quantitative and qualitative methods
- Background considerations: supplier-side Consumer Health or Pharma research is highly desired; experiential/sponsorship research; end-to-end project management (questionnaire design, analysis, reporting, and delivery); familiarity with marketing research software; mentoring experience; strong MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint) and quick learner of new tech
- Strong client service orientation and presentation skills
