Lead the change management workstream for programs / projects of moderate scale / complexity and / or support deliverables and work packages across multiple change workstreams (e.

g., change, communications, stakeholder management)

  • Support, clarify and lead the change work packages, managing constraints while prioritizing the colleague and customer experience
  • Understand business context and the need / rationale for change when providing change management recommendations and guidance on application of bank's change methodology and framework(s)
  • Conduct meaningful analysis to understand and synthesize the impacts of change, make recommendations, assess effectiveness, and manage change-related risks
  • Collaborate with project / change stakeholders to develop change strategies, plans, and activities that drive adoption of change and benefits realization based on business needs
  • Develop and deliver innovative, fit for purpose change and communications tactics and materials
  • Be accountable for your own work and sometimes others', partnering effectively to execute high quality deliverables that achieve the desired outcomes
  • Be a great team player, contributing best practices
  • Be the change a brand ambassador for change, internally and externally

Change Management Analyst - Human Resources (HR) Project - Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in the change management and / or related disciplines
  • 5+ years' experience in a variety of projects / markets on multidisciplinary teams, working in a project environment
  • Project delivery skills with experience in organizing, prioritizing, planning, and executing workstreams for high-risk, high-visibility, large-scale projects
  • Proficient knowledge of change management principles, industry best practices, lines of businesses supported, project management, organization practices, business culture(s) and business transformation
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends
  • Knowledge of project / program support, planning and implementation
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, and regulations
  • Skill in using software tools, applications (MS Office), data analysis methods and reporting techniques
  • Skill in generating viable, new approaches and solutions
  • Skill in mentoring, and coaching
  • Ability to lead, plan, implement and evaluate project and change-related activities
  • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively in both oral and written form (English)
  • Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, succeed in a team, and work independently
  • Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines
