Shell Graduate Programme 2026 – Canada

Shell Canada invites applications for the Shell Graduate Programme 2026. The programme is a comprehensive 3‑year development track designed to produce future leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will analyse situations and propose solutions that align with Shell’s strategic objectives.
You will collaborate effectively with a diverse team and nurture relationships.
You will work with experienced colleagues and share fresh ideas on how to tackle energy‑related challenges.

You are confident in your ability to absorb information, analyse problems, make decisions, and generate original ideas.

You possess drive, resilience, flexibility, and credibility to influence others.

Eligibility

Be in your final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or have graduated within the last 3 years from the programmes listed below.

Minimum CGPA of 3.20.

Legally entitled to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit).

Successfully complete a medical and / or drug test (safety‑sensitive roles only).

Technical Graduate Programme : Engineering – Chemical, Chemical‑Process Control, Mechanical.

Commercial Graduate Programme : Commerce / Business, Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Finance.
